Beefeater 24 is a super premium gin, recently launched by Pernod Ricard to capture the rising interest in both gin and super premium brands. Contagious was tasked to work on 'interest and desire' focussed marketing campaigns for the brand. This exquisite gin is infused with Japanese Sencha Tea, Chinese Green Tea and grapefruit, as well as nine other botanicals that are also used in Beefeater Dry Gin. Inspired by the unusual tea botanicals, Contagious produced a tasting kit and tea tin, containing rare loose Japanese Sencha Tea, a '24' spoon infuser for making tea inspired cocktails, and a cocktail book featuring innovative new cocktails created by London’s top mixologists and cocktail gurus. The training kit was voted Best Piece of Creative Work produced in Scotland by a panel of clients at the Design Consultancy of the Year Awards 2009.
